The algorithm encourages GPU-based mining and is made to be ASIC-resistant, which further promotes our vision of decentralization and mining incentives. Security

The Webchain is designed for miners to solve more than one hex, the Webchain's equivalent of a block. Miners process a portion of a hex and along with all the other connected segments at the same time. This unique structure and consensus adds difficulty to 51% attacks, reinforcing immutability, and increasing block rewards.

Speeds

In the Webchain, mining is parallel and collaborative. Letting multiple hexes be processed and validated at the same time, this reduces network congestion amd ridiculously high fees. Meaning you benefit from higher hex confirmation times and faster transaction speeds.
